 Complete observation of current exhibition by-laws and regulations such as: using ID card, respecting work hour, delivery time of the stand, discharging the stand, and etc. is necessary.
There's no right of change of activity, substitution & partnership in being in charge of the stand.
The holder of the stand is merely allowed to use the given space and common facilities of the stand, and in the case of misuse, he undertakes that he compensates for any possible loss, and any change of the construction and style of the stand is just allowed by the authorization granted by the exhibition manager.
Transference of exhibition panels is forbidden.
Writing on the panels, and using bolts, pins, and other devices damaging the walls of the panel is forbidden.
Interior decoration, ornamentation, and cleaning up the stand during the exhibition are on the holder of the stand, and in case of any need to additional devices, he has to require personally.
The holder of the stand will have to insure their goods and furniture inside the stand by the opening ceremony at his own expenses. Needless to say, the organizers have no responsibilities therefore.
The holders of the stands are kindly requested to observe and respect all Islamic regulations and have suitable contact with visitors.
The holders of the stands are kindly requested to cooperate with the exhibition inspectors, and due to disregarding the regulations, once being warned as the preliminary step, the right to continue exhibiting will be annulled. Certainly no refund shall be returned to the exhibitor.
The holder of the stand is not allowed to install posters and other advertising notices outside the stand, unless with getting written permission from the public relations department of the exhibition and fulfilling with the payment requirements thereof.
The holder of the stand will be responsible for keeping his stand open during the exhibition, and after the closing, he has to settle up, get a written permission, set forth to transfer his goods by the deadline, and deliver the stand in the situation as it used to be. Per daily delay in transferring the goods from the stand, the holder is obliged to pay 10% of the price of the stand, and in addition, the exhibition wouldn't be responsible to protect the goods.

Advertising would be allowed based on the regulations and merely through the advertisement agencies whose contract is concluded by the exhibition.
All the exhibition halls will be locked every night, and for the public visit will be unlocked again on the following day, when the holder must be present. In case of absence or negligence of the holder, no responsibility shall be on the exhibition for the goods of the stand.
